I scarred terible after abdominal surgery over a year ago. I wish I had found this product sooner. I started using it a year after surgery and can tell a big difference. I believe Biooil would have made a even bigger difference if I had started using it soon after surgery.

I don’t use it for scar removal, but for rehydrating my skin from exposure to wintery weather. Rub 2 or 3 drops in your hand and apply to your face once a day and that’s it! Your complexion will improve. I’ve been using this for 3 months now and I LOVE it! Gives your face a soft, youtful radiance without being oily or smelly or clogging your pores.
Best results: I use this after a cheap, store-bought apricot scrub (no more than once a week). Removes dry, dead skin and improves complexion even better!

I first tried Bio-Oil to see if it would diminish a scar on my upper lift that remained after skin cancer surgery in 12/08. I didn’t try it until mid-2009. My scar is still visible, but better than before.
However, that is not the reason I absolutely love Bio-Oil. First, let me state that I have oily skin on much of my face. . . and I’m no teenager. I tried using BioOil on my two dry areas (eyes and chin) and it immediately took the dryness away and lasted all day. I then put it ALL OVER my face one morning, let it set in for a couple of minutes, and was surprised that my face wasn’t oily from the BO. I tissued what was left off, put my mineral makeup on, and couldn’t believe that my face did not “oil up” the entire day as it normally would. Who would guess that? So, now it’s my daily ritual – put BioOil on right after getting out of the shower and treat both my dry and oily skin at the same time with great results.
I’ve spent a fortune on high priced cosmetics and NEVER been as satisfied with any product as with this one.
