laundry tip
Mememom asked:

If your clother are clean and hung or folded nice wouldn’t you like a job well done. Laundry attendants do not get paid a lot and a tip would help and be apreciated.
I receive no commision and get no pay for holidays off or on and no vacation pay but we can take time off. Pay is min wage.

Think of it this way….. If you would want a tip for doing it, then give a tip to the one who did it.

I was told that anyone that gives you service you should tip. I tip every one that serves. Like going out to eat, if I can’t afford to tip, I don’t go out and eat!
Unless they are poor in their service.

If they do a good job and don’t steal your stuff then yes they should be tipped because you know that don’t make much money in that job

Not all Laundry workers get a commission on the laundry, they only make min. wage usually, and with all the cleaning they do in the Laundromat itself they are very underpaid, because house cleaners make much much more. I would tip for a job well done, and suggest to the owners that they should pay their workers better!!!
