What is it customary to tip for cleaning services to your home?

I’ve hired a cleaning company to clean my entire apartment today. They will be here for about 5 hours. Do I leave a tip and how much is typical for these services?
Well, I never have this done. This is a one time thing is why I ask?
I only tip my gals around the Holidays. I think that I pay them quite enough to not have to add a tip. But do so if you feel okay doing it. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it.
check what they are billing you alot of times the tip is fiqured in. go by how big your place is if it’s really big ,i say 10 a piece if smaller 5 a piece kc
i have weekly maid service at my home. no tip is necessary.
No tip is necessary for a cleaning service at your apartment. You tip the maid a couple of bucks a day in a hotel.
It is not customary to tip someone you pay to do a job for you. America is too tip happy. Don’t tip. If you like the service, keep using them and refer them to friends, that is the best tip, more business.
For what you are describing , I would not tip.
