enchiladas with beef.
Gebhart Chili Powder
Corn tortillas
Shredded Cheese
onions
garlic
cumin
water
ground beef
Fry your ground beef and add onions, cumin, garlic fresh, a whole bottle of the gebhart chili and cover with water.

Soft fry your corn tortillas and stuff and roll them in fresh chopped onions, beef mixture and shredded cheese and roll em up.
line a deep pan with the rolled up corn tortillas. When you are stuffing the enchiladas with the beef drain your spoon and then put the beef in them.
Save your chili water and when you are done pour the entire chili gravy on top of the enchiladas and the flour from the tortillas and cheese will make it thick when you cook it.
Bake for 30 minutes max on 350 degree oven. Remember the meal is already cooked you are just melting the cheese and thickening the gravy.

Stuffed peppers--mix the raw beef with rice and tomato sauce, cut a pepper in half, and hollow out the seeds and put in the meat mixture. Pour some more sauce on top and bake.

There is a familiar sound to this

In that I occasionaly make that traditional Brit meal with minced (ground) beef that be cottage pie

The family love it, in that it is just fried beef in veg. oil, plenty of red onion, boiled carrot slices, garlic, ketchup.

Topped with lots of creamy mashed potato (plenty of butter & milk,)and grated cheese on top
Then grilled and served in big squares with baked beans.

It seems to be popular

In Hawaii they have a dish called Loco Moco
You grill a beef patty, make some white rice , put an over easy egg over the top and some brown gravy.
