Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin soup made with chicken and ham?

Drama Queen asked: I lost the wonderful recipe I had and can’t find any recipes that include (among other ingredients) chicken and ham. Unfortunately, I can no longer remember where I originally found this particular pumpkin soup recipe.
